Processing Time:
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Options & Costs (Domestic - Continental US):

• Standard Shipping: A flat-rate fee of $8.95 is applied to all orders with a subtotal under $100.

• Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $100 or more.

 

Your cart will automatically update at checkout. We may suggest a perfect addition if you are close to qualifying for complimentary shipping!

 

Transit Time:
Once shipped, standard orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Transit times are estimates and can vary based on destination and carrier.

A Note on Our Hand-Finished Pieces:
Each item is unique. Variations in wood grain, color, knot placement, and glass texture are inherent characteristics of our natural materials and contribute to the distinctive beauty of your piece. Product photographs represent the specific item you will receive.

Damaged Shipments:
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us at thegraphicsGrind@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Return & Refund Policy for The Graphics Grind

I want you to be delighted with your hand-finished piece. Due to the custom and artisan nature of my work, I have a straightforward policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and my small studio.

1. Returns & Refunds (Standard Items)
We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

2. Final Sale Items
All sales are final on the following items:

• Custom, personalized, or engraved pieces.

• Items marked as "Final Sale," "One-of-a-Kind," or "Sample."

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
I take great care in packing your order. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact me at theGraphicsGrind@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. I will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Exchanges
I do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

All products are hand-finished artisan goods. We work with natural materials, including but not limited to olive wood, acacia wood, sheesham wood, and glass. Variations in wood grain, color, knots, and texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. They contribute to the unique beauty of each piece. Product photographs are the most accurate representation of the item you will receive.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

2. Custom and Personalized Items
All sales of custom, personalized, or engraved items are final and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or is materially different from the product description and photos provided.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and product designs, is the property of The Graphics Grind and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our express written permission.

The Graphics Grind shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
